how can i add border

i search through the site and find nothing in regard of my problem and this is it.

 

i want to add a border around the infobox. i see some specifiacation in the CSS file saying border. so i change them but doesn't do what i want.

 

i want the border only AROUND the box not around each cell

 

anyone can help me on this one.
