When an order goes through i need the order confirmation email details to go to the relevant supplier. (I can not do a catch-all email as I wouldn't be taking the orders myself). Do any contributions, or indeed does the core support recognising multiple suppliers? Maybe basing it off of manufacturer attribute or something? E.G. I have a DVD from one supplier ordered, and a CD from another - in the one order. I'd need the DVD order confirmation to get sent to that supplier, and the CD part to go to the other one.... is this possible? Add an email address to each product? or Add an email address to each manufacturer and assume all products from one manufacturer are supplied from one source? Once you have decided that you can add extra code after the order confirmation email is sent to find out all suppliers involved in an order and then send an email to each supplier listing the products required and the delivery information. I guess, it would be a fair assumption, to say that products from a given manufacturer would all come from the same supplier. So i'd go with adding an email address to a supplier.
