Can't add to cart...sometimes

Guest

Recommended Posts

I have had several customers email me saying that they when they click on "add to cart" it does not add the product to their cart. However, I do continue to get orders daily so I know that some of them work. I talked to one customer on the phone. He had tried to order a product, but when he would click on "add to cart" it wouldn't add it to the cart. While on the phone with him, he logged in to his account and tried again and it worked correctly.

My question is where I should look first at why some work and some do not. I have been receiving too many emails from frustrated customers and not able to know where to look first. The website is http://mymoustachewax.com

Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions.

Looks odd... i was going to say cookies, but you have force cookies running so they can't get that far without them...

I say try different computers and browsers etc adding cart and things and see what happens.

The aim is to try and get your cart contents to empty without you wanting them to.

I'm sorry, but i cannot offer Free support via PM etc, and osCommerce forums prohibit me from putting any reference to paid support in my signauture.

However viewing my profile may provide links to my website or something like that which you may find useful.

Rob,

Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried different browsers but just have this one computer. I guess I should ask the customers about their browsers and computers and even their os's and see if I can see a pattern from the ones that are having a problem.....

Thanks again,

Paul
