I am trying to upload oscommerce online merchant to my web host (Heart Internet) but haven't got a clue where to start. does anyone else use Heart's extend control panel. Can someone guide me through in layman's terms if this is possible?

But any other Host you would "simply" download an FTP program (FlashFXP, CuteFTP example). Find the note/email from you webhost with Adress, Login and Password. Setup the FTP program with the above information. Login. Upload.
