Hi, I've just started my site up, I entered a new product (including the price), I've done all the tax zones and what not but it still displays at "0." even though I entered the price for the item, can someone help or give me some tips, thanks, Joel.

Its most likely a problem with the currencies. Look in admin>localization>currencies. Do you have a default currency? Is its value set as 1?

Also check that "LANGUAGE_CURRENCY" in catalog/includes/languages/english.php is the same as your default currency.

If not, you'll get zeros no matter what you do in admin. This is why most international (non-US) people find this issue [including myself many years ago]).

I'm sorry, but i cannot offer Free support via PM etc, and osCommerce forums prohibit me from putting any reference to paid support in my signauture.

However viewing my profile may provide links to my website or something like that which you may find useful.

try this mate sounds definately like currencys, and remember to hit the update aswell i had to click update 3 times before it decided to successfully have it.

To set Pounds as your default currency, click on Localisation and this will open the Currencies page.

Click New Currency to add your new default currency.

Enter Pound in the Title.

Enter GBP in Code.

£ in Symbol Left.

a full stop in Decimal Point.

a comma in Thousands Point.

1 in Value.

Now check the Set as default box and click Insert.

Now redefine the other currencies relative to the default one, the default currency value should be 1, and all others are relative to it.

e.g. 1 GBP = 1.71 USD.
