Files and access rights

Hello

 

I am experiencing some issues when locating the admin stuff on my hosted server.

Everything works fine on my laptop but once hosted, some messages like 'catalog/image directory does not exist, no matter a 777 access right granted to this directory.

I don 't have flags in the catalog section of the admin menu

and the payment & shipping module section looks empty, although the modules directory is full of php files.

 

indeed the file manager in the tool section fails too... on line 179 where $dir = dir($current_path);

 

seems like some function (like CD, dir, ...) are not working properly too.

 

Any parameter that I have missed?
