Google Base Store Connector

Has any one here used the google base store connector. I downloaded it and set everything up it says it connects to my admin but there is no catagories or products to list. any help would be greatful.

I'm having problems too - the only store option it offers me is an eBay.co.uk store - there is no option for an osCommerce store

 

Sure would appreciate input from someone who's got this working with osCommerce

Google Base Help :

There are two common causes of the connection failed, check provided admin info error:

 

* You're attempting multiple login sessions

Currently osCommerce interface only allows one active session at a time. This error may occur if you're logged in to osCommerce in another open browser. If you have other login sessions open, please close them.

 

* You're using a customized version of the osCommerce interface

If you're still receiving this error after closing all the other login sessions, it's possible your ISP is using a customized version of the osCommerce interface. At this time we're only able to support the default osCommerce administration interface. If this is the case, you'll need to create and upload your own data feed.

 

but i still can't find the reason?

I believe this is a common and known issue with google base and osc. I do not believe there is a fix.

 

PS there are some osc contributions for google base. Check the support forum for those.

Don't bother with the store connector application. Install the auto feeder contribution Google base Auto feeder V1.2 install and forget. it generates 60% of my traffic!

Hi All,

 

I thought that I would post here... has anyone managed to integrate the Google base autofeeder v1.2 with FWR Media's new Ultimate SEO URL's v5? I'm going to have a look at how the module works.. but thought I'd ask the community before I start!
