jenstudio Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 Hello When customers purchase a product off our site using PayPal they arn't sent the confirmation email that you would normally get if you paid via Direct Deposit. Also after confirming the payment in Pay Pal the user is not redirected back to our site rather it crashes out (the browser can't display page). The payment itself works fine and we recieve the order its just the user is not getting the confirmation emal or redirected back to the site. Does anyone have any idea what causes this?
