Guest Posted January 27, 2009 Share Posted January 27, 2009 I went to the Knowledge Database for instuctions on how to use the Products Attributes function to add boxes or option to my products so a customer can select or indicate size, color, ect. of a product. I neither understand the instructions given very well and I DO NOT see the screen they show in the graphic in the knowledge database. Anybody have any experiance with this function or suggestions. Guest Posted January 27, 2009 Share Posted January 27, 2009 Unfortunately, the attributes are not by default in the product listing screen... you have to go to a separate screen (unless you mod it like we do) to set your attributes. Under catalog (in admin) click on product attributes. You should see what you are looking for there.
