Separate CSS style for category box?

I need separate formatting for the categories box.

Can someone show me what needs to be done or if there is already a separate class, etc.

Or if it's in a contribution I'm missing. Or doc that I'm missing.

 

I have looked, but my search skills must suck, cuz I can't find the information.

 

I am also looking for an example to put a bullet in the front and a <hr> after each parent category.

 

I have, believe it or not, been looking in the contributions but again I must be blind (or stupid).

 

Sorry for my lip. I am frustrated because this seems like such a simple thing, I should be able to do it on my own!

 

I have done other mods, so I have no idea why I can't get it together on this one.

Thanks. I'll try to pull just the category pieces out and retrofit to the new release.
