sLaV-
Upload all your template files to your server using Filezilla ... navigate to www.yourdomain.com/install or www.yourdomain.com/catalog/install if you uploaded your files to a /catalog directory (or similar) ... follow installation instructions: Web Based Installation Procedure

You need to upload the files to your server first before trying to access them using www.yourdomain.com/install .... open filezilla ... access your server ... you should be in the server root ... look for a folder called public_html or public or www (all servers are different) ... if you want your store to be in a subdirectory (say you want your store to be accessed at www.yourdomain.com/store) create a new folder in the public_html or public or www directory your in then upload all your files in that new directory .... otherwise upload them to the public_html or public or www directory your in directly ... after you have uploaded all your files then access the install page www.yourdomain.com/install (or www.yourdomain.com/store/install if you uploaded your files to a subdirectory (e.g - store)) ... then follow instructions on that page I posted before
