how to change products desgin

How can change products_new and all products display design? Can anyone say link and how to change this. I want edited with table based. This step is my last, so shop is almost ready.

Does anyone on the forum know how you set a fixed width for the product display module? For instance, I want to display 4 or 5 columns but that makes the width of this box much wider than the widths of the index page or new products page. How can you set a fixed width for the products display (product_listing.php)? Thank you!
