The Mort Posted January 26, 2009 Share Posted January 26, 2009 Our UH Server has recently done some upgrades which has caused a problem with a shopping site. I search the forums and came up with a solution which involved the "from" and "left join" coding. I searched all the site files and added the () as suggested. This then threw up a couple of other problems which I have resolved but I am now missing the footer off the 'My Account Information' page and I don't know if it is connected to these alterations or something else completely but it means that I can't get new customers to sign in and subsequently make an order - Any Ideas? Operator error, I had resorted to a back up during the process of making the changes and the backup hadn't had a contribution that I had added on for referral source - many frustrating hours for the sake of taking a backup before I started!!!
