I'm a complete newbie to this so please be patient with me :rolleyes: I've had an order on my site which shows as pending and in the Payment Method box, it's showing Request for Quote. My shipping shows up and is the correct amount, but for the life of me I can't find out what I'm supposed to do with the order now!!! Any basic, simple advice would be most appreciated. Nic Nothing is showing as paid in Pay Pal but wondered how I can communicate back via my admin panel area to confirm shipping shown in correct, without sending an email. Is there a way of re-sending an invoice or the like? Angie
Jack_mcs Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 The standard shop doesn't have "Request for Quote" so something in your shop was changed and that may affect the solution. But as far as notifying the customer, you can add a order status entry named "Waiting Payment" or something like that and then update the status of the order to that. Or you can just email them asking for payment. Although the text, "Request for Quote," indicates they are waiting for you to send them a quote.
