(This is my first post - please be kind) I have 5.0.6.6 installed and everything looks good except when I click the button to send out an e-mail with the changes, I get a green bar to say its gone but nothing goes out. I look in the maillog (tail -f) as I click the button and nothing is being processed. When I send a mail from the tools menu it goes out (can see it in maillog) and the mail arrives. Is it valid e.g. no spaces or other invalid characters are in it? My question is: Does this package require that a mail server such as sendmail be installed on the local system in order for mail to be sent? The reason I ask is because I have noticed that I can only way I can get mail sent from this package is to install sendmail SERVER on the local system, and set my mail server to forward all mail to an SMTP relay.
