SSL Help

Hi,

 

I bought a SSL Positive from namecheap and did all the connection, next was to change the configuration code, so i followed the guide provided by osCommerce and it didn't work.

I have the store installed in the root (www/ (the catalog files)), heres the code in the configuration.

Anyone has any idea how to fix this problem?

change to:

define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://xxx.co.uk');

I made the changes but when i click on my account or login or either checkout i get the page cannot be displayed as like the URL is entered wrong.

Any ideas?

Was the cert actually installed on the server? If it is, you should be able to go to https://xxx.co.uk. If that doesn't work, then changing the configure file won't help.

OK it was the cert, works now, but it doesn't display the lock, i wonder why? hmm

Maybe that's because I'm using Safari, it shows a little black lock in Firefox.

the problem can be that your website contains the non-secure link to images from other URLs
