How do I add HTML Templates into SST?

I downloaded sst and installed it in my admin panel.

There is only the default index available but I know you can add templates to it.

I downloaded a free template from tremplate monster and would like to implement it into my site. I am not sure

how I would go about adding it to the sst in my store so I could use it as a template. I am sure it is not that difficult but have never worked with it before.

Is there any one who can give some advice or tips on how to do this??
