I dont nessecarily think its showing tax, when i looked at the dog bed on the WHATS NEW, it was at $26.97 but then in the product_info it was $30.99 so if anything, the product_info would be showing tax, not the WHATS NEW on the index..

either way, you have a template and that means that no one here can really help you without a LOT LOT LOT more specifics. Your code is going to be sooo extremely different than ours that it would be impossible to even guess

Well myu calculation of MY FIRST BED on the WHAT NEW page calculates as follors £26.95 + 15% = 30.99

£26.95*1.15=£30.99

I have no idea why this is happening but it seams to be a tx related issue

Hope you can help further

Leonard,

As Lindsay was saying. You are using a template and the whats_new.php file has been altered so it is not using the Tax settings in the Admin. Therefore, products shown on the What's New page will not show prices with tax, however after the item is added to the cart or if they choose to view the product from the product_info.php pages it does show it tax included.

I would contact the template designer to have the tax error corrected. This is not an OSC issue.
