Guest Posted January 23, 2009 Share Posted January 23, 2009 I have my Blackberry email address (######@tmo.blackberry.net) set as my "Send Extra Order Emails To" address in OS Commerce. When I receive a new order, I get an email to that address that has a subject, but the body is blank. I am trying to figure out what the issue is, but have been unsuccessful. Email on my server is working fine, and I'm getting an email generally, but the body is empty. Also, does anyone know which store processes trigger the "extra order" emails?
