anna5858
I'm having a problem. I offer Free Shipping for orders over $50. However, when someone places an order (for example) for $52, and then uses a 20% off coupon code, that brings them down to below $50, but it still gives them FREE Shipping. This is too much of a discount, and I'm losing money. How do I fix it so that they must spend $50, even after entering a coupon code, so that I'm not getting screwed out of too much money? Basically, the Free Shipping feature is calculating the total after the coupon code is entered, and I need it to be the other way around. Does anyone know what to do? hugoboss
I have already had to pay back my shopowner for the money he lost in the same way with a big commercial action .. As you can see I have just posted the same question in this forum. I am ready to dive into the code to change the calculations but i want to know how and where .. I do hope there is an easier solution , it seems that many more users should be experincing this same annoying problem! HS
