Guest Posted January 20, 2009 Share Posted January 20, 2009 Hi there, I have following problem: I have shop showing Excl. VAT prices in the shop. When I go to the admin and take a look at any order, invoice.php then i see the excl. vat and incl.vat are exactly the same. I am using 19% VAT. How can i fix this? Thank for your reply and sorry for my late response to your quick reply! Have put the webshop on hold for a while and now i am starting again. What have i done? 1) I set in admin/configuration, "show prices INCL VAT" to false, because we are wholesale i want the prices in the shop excl. VAT. 2) I have checked the zones with the manual and double checked it. I see no mistakes! (i know, maybe there is one after all, but for lets assume there are no mistakes) 3) Problem: Prices on admin/invoice.php are the same for INCL and EXCL. But if i put "show prices INCL VAT" to true in the admin/configuration, then prices in invoice are correctly shown. 4) Help! Where can I take a look to fix this problem?
