How can I see how many people have added items to basket but not completed checkout

In need of help.

I am getting lots and hits but no sales.

Is there something I can do to see how many people are adding items to their basket but not completing the checkout?

Decompress the file, look in the extracted directory, follow the instructions. Back up your files before and database before starting to edit or run the sql file in phpmyadmin.
