Problems with QTPro

There may already be a thread addressing this problem, but I was not able to find it .. any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

 

I have installed QTPro on my OSCommerce site to keep track of stock (t-shirts), but have been experiencing some problems when customers place orders. The first problem is that the size of t-shirt is not indicated in the order notification e-mail. Also, the product is not being subtracted from current stock, nor is it even registering as an order on the back-end of my OSCommerce site.

 

Any ideas on how to fix these problems? Thanks in advance for your help.
