The same are appearing on the page with active atrributes however, what is not coming through on the orders is the attributes. For example this is a copy of one line however no sizes and colours, etc are showing: Products Model Tax Price (ex) Price (inc) Total (ex) Total (inc 1 x PINEHILLS - Mens zip Vest 5% $45.95 $45.95 $45.95 $45.95 The same lack of information is also on the email confirmation to the customer except the the Product descption is followed by the a closed bracket () which may suggest that is where the attributes should be. If my customers order an item which has 2 variables, such as size and colour, only the first one appears in my "orders" on os commerce and on the email confirmation to the customer. I'd be very grateful if someone could help Jackie Did you two ever find a solution for the attributes not showing on your order confirmation pages? I have the same issue now. The attributes show in the cart but when continuing checkout, the attributes do not show in the Checkout_confirmation.php or order details on the invoice.
