Hi all,

 

I'm blue in the face from searching for a solution to my PayPal module problem so I am offering to pay anybody who can urgently help to get it working. It has to be done this week as PayPal will suspend the account if the site is not live. Please PM me if anybody is willing to take over on this for me.

Have you got the right details in the Paypal Module in the admin panel? If so what is the problem?

I'm pretty sure I have, I'm working on a clients behalf and he has supplied the details which work fine with PayPal Express. When trying to use PayPal Direct it gets to the Payment Information stage but then puts up the error "Error All payment information fields are required" even though they are all filled in.

If I use my real cc details then the client receives notification of the payment in his paypal account but the site still never moves to the confirmation stage and no order email is sent. I have no idea what the problem is and it's driving me mad. PayPal say they're going to suspend the clients account if it's not fixed this week!
