VAT Not Showing on Specials Page

Hi

 

I'm in the UK and we had a VAT change at the start of December last year.

 

I've managed to change the VAT % form 17.5 to 15 and I have set the parameters to include VAT on all prices on my site.

 

However the prices on the specials page show the prices without VAT.

 

Can somone please let me know where I need to go to change this as I have been trying for months.
