Replacement index.php file

Hello, I was working on the index.php file in the includes/languages/english/index.php. all i did was change the first line of wording and now the store will not pull up in my browser. Anyone have an idea of what I should do? Thanks

My guess is whatever text you added to be displayed on the homepage had an apostraphe ' ... when adding apostraphe's in these files you need to escape them like so \' ... so if your adding something like Welcome to my store, it's going to be a lot of fun here. Let's get started ... that needs to be placed in the language file like so: Welcome to my store, it\'s going to be a lot of fun here. Let\'s get started - If your still having troubles - post ur edited file here and i'll show u what to change
