Importing Data from Old Shop in New Template

Someone please help me....

I need a quick fix for my online shop. I'm happy to spend a few $$ on a OSC template but I need to be able to import the catalogue from my shop without having to put it back in. It took me months to build it. Trouble is I can't get the shop how I want it

I just don't have the time...

Is it possible to export from myPHPadmin some of the table and simply import them back?

If so what's the best way?

 I so need some help with this; I wan't to get my site looking good rather than just like a lot of the basic - oh that's an OSCommerce site... [not that there's anything wrong with that but image is image after all...]

Do not use a template. If you are thinking about buying a template, then you must be considering spending at least $150 to $200? Fo this price you can get a unique design that is based on your existing shop (so it will not break anything you have done up to present).

I'm looking at a total overhall. I've about a few hundred items most of which have a whole host of choices such as colour, flavour, size, etc etc

ezPOPULATE looks to be a choice. I can find my around in OSCommerce, CSS and a little PHP and very limited in MySQL. I just need a quick fix and there's some good templates out there.

I could build the site with a bespoke design myself but it would take me ages I'm guessing... a few pointers there would be good, I may pass on the work it it's too much ...

I guess I'm saying I'm looking for a very quick fix... is it that simple to nudge the CSS and PHP around to make the site a bit better?
