mrbuddd
Help please! I upoad my products and the images show up on the front page and the catagories page but not on the product page.
♥geoffreywalton
Sounds like product_info is not working as expected. Do product images uploaded via the catagories.php page display the image? mrbuddd
the images show up everywhere but the product page.I can get them to show up if i go in the admin catalog and act like i'm updating them. But that kinda defeats the purpose of using easy populate. ♥geoffreywalton
That would tend to indicate either product_info.php is not working or the values in /includes/configure.php are wrong. If you get a broken image image it is the latter, no image the former. Which is it? ♥geoffreywalton
A more careful reading of your reply actually leads me to believe it might be the value in the EP import file. What value are you putting in that field? When you right click on the broken image link what path is shown when you look at the properties? What value is set in the configuration file as the path to the images directory? Posted this before seeing above. What happens when set to true? How come those uploaded manually show? mrbuddd
i don't get the broken image. even when i set require image to true. and like a said before the image shows up everywhere else so the path has to be correct.

So A)if you add a product and image manually the image shows up on the product info page? Or B) it doesn't matter how you add the product there is no image. Which is it, a or b?. mrbuddd
I have been through just about every possibilty. It's like EP is not doing something that manually putting products in does. The images show up in new products box and the products list but when u click on it and go to the actual product page the image is not there. No image, no link for popup, no broken image .
