Guest Posted January 18, 2009 Share Posted January 18, 2009 I'm moving my oscommerce store to Godaddy and I'm running into a few issues. I was hoping someone could help. a) I'm trying to import my database into PHPMYSQL admin. I exported my files from the old site's mysql admin. When I try to import i get the following error: "#1044 - Access denied for user 'newdatabasename'@'%' to database 'olddatabasename' B) I changed the two configure files so that they match but I get this error: Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/usr/local/mysql-5.0/data/mysql.sock' (2) in /home/content/i/n/t/interpos/html/wwpos/store/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server! any ideas?
