I went through a dry run about a week ago and made a test purchase on the site, but now when I do it, I cant get off of the checkout_shipping page. It should bring me to the payment page but it just keeps reloading the shipping page. I had FedEx ZipCode Zones installed but the prices were way too low, so I removed it and installed the UPS module. The UPS prices are much more accurate so I removed the FedEx module but now I cant get passed the shipping page. If I re-enable the FedEx module, I can get to the payment page. Any ideas?

Thanks for any input.

Okay so if you guys have not figured this out yet I figured it out. Check that your "Zones" are selected to none in your payment module this worked for me.

I had this problem too but for me the problem was the shipping module, not the payment module.

I didn't have a shipping module installed, as prices included shipping.

I had to install a module (I used flat rate) and set it to $0, that fixed the problem for me.
