However, there is no administrator i.e. anyone can enter to the admin area by writting www.xxxxx.com/store/admin. How can I add an administrator in order to prevent from members to hack my store? burt Posted January 18, 2009 Share Posted January 18, 2009 You probably installed an older version of osCommerce which requires you to manually set up a .htaccess and .htpasswd file to secure the admin area. if you have not done too much already, then I suggest you stop using this older version and download and install the latest stable version of osCommerce which is called "RC2a" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
