I have serveral banners up and running, however when I go to insert a new banner which I have created, I keep getting the following error message; Forbidden You don't have permission to access /catalog/admin/banner_manager.php on this server I have checked the permissions etc and they have not changed. craig2 Posted January 19, 2009 Author Share Posted January 19, 2009 I have been looking into this issue and trying different things, and I have got it working by complete fluke. When trying to insert the new banner again I forgot to add/define a banner URL and the banner was inserted fine. When I went back and tried to edit the banner and define the banner URL I got the forbidden message. I therefore played around and deleted the full website address for the URL and added the address from the /catalog and it works fine. No idea what the problem was!
