Guest Posted January 16, 2009 Share Posted January 16, 2009 i installed autorized.net using a contrib. and it worked nice. i was happy then i installed the paypal express, had problems but got it working and was happy. i tested both out today and had some problems. both dont work i tested authorized.net and got all the way to checkout_confirm.php went to go to the success page and it stayed to checkout_confirm.php and the page goes blank. just a white page. well i though it was a small fix and then tryed paypal express checkout. press checkout with paypal, went to paypal, login, then hit confirm. It all went smooth untill i seen the shipping address after paypal directed me back to my site. it was someone elses address and information. HOW THE HECK DID THAT HAPPEN. well now both of my payment mods dont work and i have no idea why. i am about to delete both and reinstall them. but i dont think that would work.some one could help i would be eternaly happy. so help. thank a million will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest Posted January 19, 2009 Share Posted January 19, 2009 well i found the problem with paypal. their was a dis honest customer within my store. it didnt look right because when i went into his information his email address didnt look like a real address and their was no phone number even thou the phone number was required to create an account. well i deleted their account and some other ones that looked the same way and paypal was back up and running. the only problem that still remains the same is authorized.net. it is still stuck on the payment_conformation.php . just a blnk page. if anybody knows a fix let me know please. thank you Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
