CarolineBogart Posted January 16, 2009 Share Posted January 16, 2009 Hi - I have a site marked in the Info section in Admin/Tools/Server Info as osCommerce 2.2-MS2. I want to see the differences between its original install and the client's site so that I can preserve changes on an upgrade. I have a download of oscommerce-2.2ms2-060817.zip which I unzipped and compared to the client's version. There are hundreds of real differences (not just comments or spaces). Sourceforge has a page that appears to show 3 versions of 2.2ms2: http://sourceforge.net/projects/tep/ # osCommerce 2.2 Milestone 2 060817 Update Released 2006-08-17 # osCommerce 2.2 Milestone 2 2003-07-14 # osCommerce 2.2 Milestone 1 2003-02-18 I'm trying to get the one that is not marked 060817 to see if the Milestone 2 of 2003-07-14 is the one that matches my client's site. But not matter how I navigate that area I always end up with a download for oscommerce-2.2ms2-060817.zip. Is there a way to get this other 2.2 MS2 zip so I can download and compare it? Thank you. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.
