Guest Posted January 16, 2009 Share Posted January 16, 2009 I've got a module which I downloaded from here and then modified which uses postcodes (UK version of a ZIP code) to offer free shipping, so for example LN2 will have free shipping and every where else is £5 but with some modifications am sure you could get it working how you want.
