catherine2009
Shipping calculation problem I have the shipping table set at; 25:6.50,50:12.00,75:17.00,100:22.00 and the table weights field is defined as 5,3. However, when I test buy something at 10kg (10.00), the shipping rate appears at £13! Whenever I test buy smaller products, say at 500g, it works out fine. Can anybody offer any advice on how to fix this?

Can anybody offer any advice on how to fix this? Are your products weights in kg or grams? From the table posted, I can't see how you get £13. Maybe the parcel is split in two or something that is not expected. Better check your admin shipping packaging tare weight is zero and percentage increase is zero. burt
Would suggest that your MAXIMUM SHIPPING WEIGHT is set to 50. Thus your price of 13, is two packages at a cost of 6.50 each.
