BarrySmith
Hi all, I have managed to install oscommerce on my website through Cpael and now need to know how to add all my previous files from my other website to my new site as my old website had a lot of contributions installed that I would like to use. Does any one have any ideas on how to do this please? Regards. Peter. I have built an online store solely with the help of this forum.
♥geoffreywalton
No chance you have to re-apply each one. or Create backup on old site in shop admin area. Use ftp to copy files from old site to your pc. Use ftp to copy them from pc to new site. Set permissions on directories and file to correct level on new site. Edit both configure.php to reflect new set up. If you want data to be as per old site restore from backup. Sort out ssl Apply all the patches to upgrade from your version to latest, see download or rc2a source. Think that is it.
