purplemartinart Posted January 13, 2009 Share Posted January 13, 2009 There are times when I have to create a customer account (a phone order) If I do not have the email address I have put my email or have put a fake email such as [email protected] In both instances, even when I go back and edit the customer information and place the correct email, the account email will not change. Thus the customer can not access the account unless they use the email I entered. Sometimes this is not possible because who wants emails sent to a phoney email and I do not really want to forward emails...but I will of course. Anyway, is there a fix for this?
