leegodden
Hi I have built my oscommerce store using version 2.2 rc2 and uploaded to web host and Everything appears to work fine. Have now been informed by my Hosting Company (UNITED HOSTING) that they are going to upgrade to MYSQL5. Could anyone tell me if this is likely to cause any compatibility problems with my store, and what steps i could take. I have added a few modules such as Product Extra fields and Cross sell, and all work fine at the moment. Any help much appreciated Regards Lee

GemRock
version 2.2 rc2 has no problem with mysql 5 but i can't say the same to all the contribs available that you may want to install. if it is a live shop, then it may be better to wait if you can, especially the addon would affect the shop front, as the upgrades would be finished within 2 weeks (and could be sooner, depending which server you are on - i happen to know).
