Looking To Achieve This........

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Please take a look at the following link:

here

It's the recommended accessories section i'm interested in.

Is there a contrib where you can display recommended/associated products already selected so that they would add to the cart unless the customer unchecked them?

I'll keep looking and update if I find one but if anyone could let me know also it would be appreciated.

Many Thanks

D4

1) your example is not oscommerce

2) you can achieve this by using attributes (you can install extra module, which will allow to use photos for attributes)

Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here!

8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself.

Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.

Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.

Hi,

do you mean the contribution is called 'extra module'?

thanks

No, there is an additional module to install that will add options as images. I believe that's what it's called "Options as Images" or something similar, do a search in Contributions. There's also one that will force a selection, so between the 3 add on's you will probably have something similar to what you want.

a proper description would be product as an "option", not image as an option or option as image or the like. because the "option" itself is a product in itself and could have its own truly options. but good luck with the hunt for addon. i would not be that patient based on the not so accurate understanding of the issue. of course i could be wrong given that theres thousands of contribs out there as hpdl's statistics shows tonight.
