paypal doesnt add shipping cost

i have set up my site with zone and works fine im is us and this other site is set up for uk and when the order goes to paypal for checkout only the item price is there and once completed in my orders it says that the ammount paid doesnt match the total if anyone knows why please help the site www.rapidfiremods.co.uk if you want to see
