Hello all, Im new here and in need of help. I want to remove the " Oscommerse online merchant v2.2 RC2" text from the upper left corner of my store page and replace it with my own logo/graphics. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You very much.

Timothy,

You will find the code you need to change in catalog>includes>header.php

Look for store_logo.png, you can replace that name with your graphics name. Be sure to upload your graphic to the /image folder using an FTP program before making that code change.

Hi, I tried few different ways to replace default logo

1. I named my logo as store_logo.png and replaced oscommerce logo with the same name via FTP

2. I uploaded my logo as jpg file and changed header php code to new file (with accurate letter cases)

All atempts result in showing my logo as broken image. Any other picture I add to the site does not show while all default graphics show without any problem. When I right click on the images, properties show correct name and path to the images and alternative text and hyperlinks work correctly. What could be the problem?

Thank you in advance.

In step 1, you said that you replaced the default logo with the same name.

But in step 2, you said that you updated the header.php to the "new file".

If it's the same name, why change header.php?

So, it's worth double checking that the filename actually matches what is in the header.php.
