I like have Dublin from Eur 50 and more costs free Shipping And special shipping for other Counties and Countries. Is somebody who can help me? Edit /include/modules/shipping/zones.php and set it up 4 zones. If zones in installed deactive it in the shop admin. Activate zones shipping and enter your charging structure. Test shipping to different delivery addresses especially to USA if you allow addresses in the USA to be set up in delivery charges.
