Guest
First off, most people on here are using some one else for their hosting I guess. Configuring the admin for your e-mail will not make it work. IX leave out a file to make it work. Tech support have to give me a file called php4-cgi-fcgi.ini that did not come with the original setup from their admin when you turned on OSCommerce. you need this file in your root directory to make e-mail work. Changes for e-mail half way through. I am on a windows server. [mail function] ; For Win32 only. SMTP =localhost smtp_port = 25 sendmail_from = "[email protected]" change to sendmail_from = "[email protected]" ; For Win32 only. ;sendmail_from = [email protected] ; For Unix only. You may supply arguments as well (default: "sendmail -t -i"). ;sendmail_path = you have to submit a help ticket just to get the file and do this to get the e-mail you want in your emails
