katman1971
Hi Out of curiosity, when I go into "who's online" I often see visitors and the "entry time" as being the exact time as the "last click", which obviously means they have clicked once even though they have been online for quite a few minutes. Are these "visitors"real people or or some sort of crawler bots?
♥kymation
They could be either. There is no way to tell if the customer is even still on your site. It's most likely that they clicked on a link from a search engine, didn't find what they wanted, and went elsewhere. They could also be talking on the phone, went out to dinner, or simply vanished off the face of the earth. Well, that last isn't all that likely, but there are hundreds of other things that your customer could have done. The only thing you do know is that a page was requested at a given time. Without some sort of tracking, you don't know any more about them. If you want to know more about what your customers are doing, you might want to look into Google Analytics, the User Tracking contribution, or something similar.
