cranberry
Hi all, My website is located at http://www.cranberrycorners.ca -- the oscommerce portion of the my site stopped functioning on the 1st of January 2009 without any changes being made to code anywhere. The irritating part is that the pages load a blank white page so it is difficult to troubleshoot because I don't know what the issue is. For example; https://www.cranberrycorners.ca/purchase-446.htm or the main page Interestingly enough, the admin portion of the cart still works okay, however the user portion does not. Was there some sort of change invoked for 2009, or are there other potential issues at hand? Please help. ^^ -Cranberry

diy
I liked your site very much but I wonder if it actually is an oscommerce site (or mayby its only the oscommerce site not working) since the oscommerce part is under https https://cranberrycorners.ca/purchase2/login.php see if there is a problem with the secure server thing or/and check with your host and ask if they mad any changes (they will tell you that they made no changes so you will have to ask them 2-3 times ) i am no expert just trying to help out!!! PS Nice job but still wondering if this has an oscommerce part
cranberry
The site itself is not an oscommerce site, the main site just connects to the oscommerce area for purchasing. I have already spoke with the host (Lunarpages) and they're saying that they haven't made any changes. The SSL certificates are also in working order. Thanks though! Guest
I just looked at this and there is no code on the purchase pages, when you do a view source. <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=windows-1252"></HEAD> <BODY></BODY></HTML>
Guest
BTW, I didn't mean to state the obvious. I just wanted to make sure you knew you weren't generating any code. https://cranberrycorners.ca/purchase2/login.php is the same way. Sorry for the double post. cranberry
Well index.php definitely contains all the same code that it did when it previously worked. I initially assumed an error with the server, but Lunarpages assured me nothing changed. Do you think I should get into contact with them again? Although it's baffling that the admin sections works fine, as does every other part of the site (also running on php).

When my shopping_cart.php gave a blank page my host told me that nothing had changed , after a while they admitted that they had put php safemode to on !!! PS i m not saying its the host but that hosts generally dont admit to have done changes !!!
cdtboxhdr
Your host turned something off. All of your other pages work excetpt the "purchase" ones? I assume the database is called to load some data. The poster above told you to ask your host 2-3 times because they will admit no wrong the first time. Ask again - unless you like losing sales.
