adodd Posted January 8, 2009 Share Posted January 8, 2009 After searching the forums and trying endless fixes, I am at a loss. Please help... After making several changes to the site in early December I did not realize that my changes broke one area of my site. When I add new products or new categories they are blank. I have verified that they are in the database, they also show up in the list of products in a category. When you click on the title to see the product details it is blank and only shows the shell of the site. I went back to the date that I last successfully added a product. From there I looked at all the files I had changed since that date and reverted them to their backup files. I have now gone through every single file and it has not made a difference. I can also see / edit / delete products on the admin side. The only place it isn't visible is on the customer side. I use STS_VERSION=[4.3] and OSC_VERSION=[osCommerce 2.2-MS2] See Example of the Problem Any help would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

adodd Posted January 10, 2009 Author Share Posted January 10, 2009 I have made some minor progress. I have found that if I add an image to the new product I can see the product like normal. If I don't upload an image I get the framework of the site only. The title, price, product description, attributes, and the Add to Cart button do not show up. adodd Posted January 10, 2009 Author Share Posted January 10, 2009 Thanks for your response. I found the problem. Sometimes it helps to say it out loud and remind yourself that if you want something fixed you can't count on anyone more than yourself. The problem was not related to STS. It was in the product_info.php file in the root directory. It involved an if statement and some pieces of code that were missing from the UltraPics module.
