I want to back-up our whole website. But how can I download it on my computer using an ftp program? I'm using a freeware called coreftp..

Every time I access it, it only displays a folder called "pub". then after I download it, it's empty.. I'm accessing it anonymously because if I use our administrator account on the website, I can't access it.

Someone help me with this, pls suggest other ways to back-up the whole website without downloading the files one by one.

I appreciate your help in advance..

You can't use anonymous - if you could that would mean anyone can access your files.

So you need to log into your ftp account with the username/password that you host provided as said above. The ftp software used isn't the problem here.
