To continue shopping online, we encourage you to enable cookies on your browser. For Internet Explorer browsers, please follow these instructions: 1. Click on the Tools menubar, and select Internet Options 2. Select the Security tab, and reset the security level to Medium We have taken this measurement of security for your benefit, and apologize upfront if any inconveniences are caused. Please contact the store owner if you have any questions relating to this requirement, or to continue purchasing products offline ________________________________________________________________________________ __ I have been approved through SecurePay and have entered all the correct information (verified it with their tech support) So what is wrong? Please help I am totally NEW to this, it's my first store and we're already paying charge card acceptance fees when we can't accept any charges! Where did you get the module you installed? I am trying to install securepay in my store and tried the SecurePay USA module that I found in the Contrib area and it doesn't ask for my Transaction Key. I just called SecurePay and got the SecurePay USA module working fine. They had to do a bit of a twiddle on there end and all is well. You might give them a call.
